I love romance…and I love TV! So it might not be surprising that I love it when TV characters get married in an episode of the show, or propose, or fall in love, or have a first kiss—you get the picture. I’m not talking about reality shows where you can find so many weddings these days (those can be great too). What I am talking about happens not infrequently in long-running comedy and drama TV shows. After years of attraction between two lead characters, they finally get together. There are more of these than you might imagine at first glance. Here are a few of the most romantic TV moments from 2013.

♥ Emily and Daniel’s wedding on Revenge (I couldn’t resist including this beautifully set wedding even though they hate each other)
♥ Blaine proposes to Kurt in Glee
♥ Nick and Jess finally kiss on New Girl
♥ Carter and Reese kiss on Person of Interest (I am so bummed that they killed her off!)
