They don’t say a picture paints a thousand words for nothing; images are a wonderful way to convey so much in a single glance. I find what is particularly important in images is the color! Bold and rich, soft and delicate and anything in between, I love all colors and find them inspirational! Colors create emotion and motion and can set the stage for whatever project you are working on—like your wedding. I know the power of color on design first hand because I am in the middle of redesigning my website—yes this website.
One of my first tasks from my web-designer was to look at lots of different websites to see what I like. And you know what? The first thing I noticed was colors! And then I looked at some design magazines and guess what I noticed—colors! Colors are inspirational and they don’t need to be just for weddings (or website redesigns). Colors can change your mood or give you ideas for clothes, makeup and even dinner (I think I want something bright green on the plate tonight!)
